What size tanks do you sell?
Our tank sizes range from 200G, 400G High Profile, 400G Low Profile, 650G, 800G,
1000G, 1500G and 2500G.
How long is the warranty period on the water tanks?
10 years; we offer the longest warranty on the market
Do you provide delivery?
Yes, we provide island wide delivery.
What type of materials are the tanks made of?
Our tanks are made from Polyethylene (PE) because of its non-toxicity, high resistance to pressure and chemical agents as well as having smooth and easily washable surfaces.
What surface is required for the tanks to be placed?
We advise that the tank should be placed on a firm & fixed structure with a surface free of debris relative to the size of the tank. Our team can provide consultation which will guide you to make a Rock Solid decision.
How am I able to know what is the right size tank that will suit my personal needs?
Making the choice is mostly based on customers’ personal circumstances – such as the level of consumption of water by the household/ business, and whether or not the location is prone to water shortage and lockoffs.
Do you provide installation for your products?
We have third party recommended installers who are independent contractors operating in Kingston & St. Andrew, St. Catherine and Trelawny.

How do we know that the product is safe for personal use?
Our tanks are standardized to be double-layered. They have an outer layer which protects it from UV Exposure and prevents build up of algae inside the tanks. Our tanks also have an inner lining that ensures potability of water being stored.
How are we guaranteed of the product's performance as stated?
Our tanks are manufactured using modern technology and eco-friendly practices which guarantees consistent, durable products. The material is made from Polyethylene which allows for increased structural integrity and durability against impact, puncture, or tears.
They are also resistant to rust and corrosion.
What other products does Rock Solid supply?

What colors do your tanks come in?
Black, but we can also produce clear tanks for indoor storage of other liquids and agro-processing.
